Διπλωματούχος Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός µε εµπειρία 15 έτη σε Η/Μ εκ των οποίων 5 έτη σε υπόγεια σιδηροδροµικά έργα όπως Συστήµατα Σηµατοδότησης Μετρό, EIXL, ATS, ATO, ATP, driverless, καθώς και σε θύρες αποβαθρών για την επίβλεψη των αντίστοιχων εργασιών εγκατάστασης δοκιµών και θέσης σε λειτουργία.  Απαραιτητη εμπειρία σε CBTC Συστήματα Σηματοδότησης έργων Μετρό. Στο αντικείμενο περιλαμβάνεται επίσης ο συντονισμός διεπιφανειών και λειτουργίας μεταξύ συστημάτων σηματοδότησης, τροχαίου υλικού, επιδομής, έλξης και άλλων σιδηροδρομικών συστημάτων τόσο για τις κύριες γραμμές όσο και για αμαξοστάσια. Καθήκοντα: Ελεγχος Μελετών στον τομέα σηματοδότησης και συστημάτων ελέγχου συρμών με ή χωρίς συνοδό. Το αντικείμενο περιλαμβάνει τα αμαξώματα των συρμών, τα φορτία και κυρίως τα Η/Μ συστήματα των συρμών όπως τα σύστηματα έλξης και τους κινητήρες, το σύστημα βοηθητικής ισχύος, τις θύρες, τα φρένα, το σύστημα HVAC, τα συστήματα ελέγχου κλπ. Ελεγχος Μελετών Τροχαίου Υλικού Σιδηροδρομμικών έργων και υποστήριξη της κατασκευής. Συμμετοχή στη σύνταξη μηνιαίας αναφοράς προς το Πελάτη. RESPONSIBILITIES acting as the main technical supervisor for Civil Works on Building Construction Site for subcontractors, site inspectors and operatives, experience in Greek Public Works and Authorities setting out, levelling and surveying the site; checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site; preparing reports as required resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. MINIMUM EDUCATION: BSc Civil Engineer. Qualifications Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with 20 years general experience and at least 10 years’ experience in Metro Systems, Rolling Stock and Depot engineering, testing and commissioning. Roles & Responsibilities • Review the Contractor’s testing & commissioning plans, schedules and strategies for all testing phases (SAT, SIT, SPT and Trial Run). • Identify areas of improvement in commissioning plans and procedures, implementing best industry practices. • Oversee the correct execution of the approved testing procedures to ensure that all Metro Systems and Rolling Stock are functioning as per specifications and approved designs. • Commissioning of the central systems (Signaling and Train Control, Telecommunications, SCADA, etc.) for the Operation Control Center (OCC) and the Emergency Control Room (ECR). • Ensure that comprehensive records of commissioning activities, test results and system certifications are maintained and properly organized and archived by the Contractor for future reference and compliance purposes. • Coordinate with the Contractor, Operator, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth integration and commissioning of all Metro Systems and Rolling Stock. • Identify potential risks during commissioning and work on mitigation plans to minimize impact on project time schedule. • Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to applicable laws, safety standards and regulations, minimizing risk to workers, passengers and the environment. • Support the Operator’s assessment of the Safety-related Applications Conditions (SRAC) and the implementation of the hazard mitigations measures. • Implement quality control measures during testing and commissioning to guarantee that the Metro Systems meet the required standards and performance criteria. • Organize and coordinate training sessions for EM metro staff and Operator and provide ongoing support during the transition phase to the System Operation. • Address technical issues and challenges during the commissioning period, collaborating with relevant teams to find effective solutions. • Ensure the suitable and necessary conditions that will allow the Metro System to enter the Trial Operation phase. • Facilitate the smooth handover of the commissioned driverless metro system to the Operator (operations team). • Monitor the performance of the system post-commissioning and address any performance issues that may arise.
