The Credit Management Specialist will contribute to the smooth collaboration and operational excellence between the GBS (Global Business Services) organization and the Market by liaising, raising awareness and propose actions across all elements of Credit/ Risk management. Actively supporting the local Credit Manager on an Operational and Strategic level to promote business growth while enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of Credit processes and policies to minimize Risk.&nbsp;What you will do:<ul><li>Prepare data for Seasonal Reviews / run ad-hoc credit reviews and ensure accuracy of Credit Data.</li><li>Support with the external rating agency (D&amp;B) either through online portal or with local representative.</li><li>Highlight issues with conversion and escalate/suggest actions as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Building relationships with Customers, Organising internal and external</li></ul>meetings and preparation as required.<ul><li>Liaise with GBS (Global Business Services) Credit teams on Market priorities and operations providing support and guidance where required in alignment with Market Credit Manager.</li><li>Management of Bank Guarantees &amp; Security Deposits. Follow up with GBS Credit teams, local Accounting Teams and Banking institutions.</li><li>Follow up existing Litigation and assist with new legal cases. Knowledge of applicable bankruptcy laws.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of existing Customer Data.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support on all topics related to current &amp; new system/process gaps.</li><li>Supporting ad-hoc projects as key-user / representing the Market.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills you will need:<ul><li>Advanced analytical and organizational skills&nbsp;backed by strong collaboration and communication skills&nbsp;to be able to work with cross functional teams.</li><li>Solid knowledge of AR (Accounts Receivables).&nbsp;</li><li>Degree in business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 1- 3 years working experience in Risk Management / Credit Management respective area.&nbsp;</li><li>Oral and written fluency in English and Italian (C1 level).&nbsp;</li><li>Local languages knowledge: Greek</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills.&nbsp;</li><li>SAP knowledge.</li></ul>	&nbsp;Life at adidas:<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Annual bonus</li><li>Private Life &amp; health insurance</li><li>Pension plan</li><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>Monthly meal vouchers</li><li>Free access to learning platform</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (personal counselling on variety of topics)</li><li>Employee discount on adidas products</li></ul>
