If you join us in the role of&nbsp;Talent Acquisition Partner (maternity cover),&nbsp;this is what you can expect from us:<ul><li>Attractive salary and an overall competitive package</li><li>Hybrid way of working (3/2)</li><li>Medical Plan (Life &amp; Health insurance) &amp;&nbsp;Annual Check Up</li><li>Direct Medical Assistance</li><li>Wedding &amp; Childbirth allowances</li><li>ΙΤ Equipment needed for the role</li><li>Transportation buses</li><li>Opportunity to enrich your skills through our PayTech University</li></ul> About your future role&nbsp;Your key responsibilities in this role will be:<ul><li>Execution of the Nexi Greece talent acquisition strategy across all levels (graduates/ experienced/ senior hires) with main focus in Technology positions&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with all stakeholders (Group TA, Business functional leaders, HRBPs, hiring managers etc.) to understand and respond with speed and quality to emerging business needs</li><li>Design sourcing, attraction and onboarding strategies to recruit and onboard top talent in the highly competitive digital payments market&nbsp;</li><li>Sourcing, Screening and Interview candidates combining various methods such as technical assessments, structured and behavioral - if applicable</li><li>Deploy and maintain talent acquisitions status, reports and metrics&nbsp;</li><li>Offer guidance and consultation to hiring managers and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion</li><li>Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels and manage 3rd parties service providers&nbsp;</li><li>Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility</li></ul>What makes you the best person for this job?As you read about the role, are you eager to learn more?
