The Operational Control Center (OCC) Duty Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations. This role serves as the central point of coordination for all operational activities related to flight operations ensuring the safe, efficient, and punctual operation of flights while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies. Responsibilities: Supervise and assist, check work processes and take actions during shifts. Oversee and manage the operating schedule within agreed safety, operational, compliance, resource and cost guidelines. Ensure all shift activities comply with company regulations. Provide key disruption management decision making and communication to the network within company policy and industry regulations. Ensure all flights operate within OTP KPIs. Ensure cost effective and consistent disruption recovery responses initiation and implementation. Act as the point of reference on duty during emergencies as documented in the ERP Μanual. Liaise with Maintenance on equipment serviceability status and applicable limitations. Secure Flight planning and efficient database management. Ensure efficient use of published preferred company routes stored in the database. Provide a shift report with all relevant events during the period of duty and provide a hand-over briefing to the next shift. The Global Distribution System (GDS) Specialist is responsible for managing all technical aspects of GDS bookings, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of fares, bookings auditing, and compliance with booking policies. This is a critical role in maximizing the company’s visibility, revenue, and customer satisfaction through effective management of GDS systems. Responsibilities: Configure and maintain airline content, including schedules, fares, and inventory, within the Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms. Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across all GDS channels. Identify opportunities to enhance airline content within GDS systems to drive sales and improve customer experience. Analyze GDS performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of distribution strategies. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and increase market share through GDS channels. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to GDS usage and distribution. Lead the integration of new technologies and features into the GDS platforms, ensuring compatibility with the airline’s systems and enhancing the overall customer experience. Liaise with GDS providers to address system-related issues, implement updates, and optimize performance. Work closely with IT support to troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions. Key responsibilities The Aircraft Records Officer is accountable for accurately processing, monitoring, recording, and tracking airworthiness records to support our Engineering and Maintenance Operations for SKY express Continuing Airworthiness Management and Approved Maintenance Organizations. He will also support the Technical Library, as required, in registering and distributing documents. Essential Responsibilities Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all aircraft and component records, including maintenance records, logbooks and other relevant documents. Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for recording, indexing, and filing technical records, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility of information when needed. Accurately enter and update information in computerized databases or record-keeping systems. Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of technical records, maintaining proper version control and access restrictions as necessary. Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance, compliance/quality monitoring, engineering, and regulatory authorities, to obtain or provide necessary documentation, resolve issues, and ensure the accuracy of technical records.
