Program Overview: Our Sales Leadership Trainees, will have the opportunity to learn about one of the most dynamic Salesforce and Commercial team in the market, that of Coca-Cola 3E. You will understand all different sides of the business through rotational assignments in order to gain and strengthen the critical capabilities to accelerate your career. Field Sales Sales Capabilities Route To Market e-Commerce Customer Care & Support (Demand Planning & Sales Analytics) All paths are well-structured and intensive training programs tailored to provide you with hands-on experience across different streams of the vast Coca-Cola 3E Sales function. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field, Masters degree will be considered as an asset 1-3 years of post-graduate formal working experience ideally in Sales Participation in professional and/or leadership trainings, seminars, workshops, ideally commercial oriented Participation in extracurricular activities (volunteering, campus, organizations, team sports etc.) will be considered as an asset Passion for Sales & Commercial Roles Fluency in English language (oral & written) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Military service completed (if applicable) Driver’s license Availability for potential relocation within & after the completion of the program Application Process: Shortlisted candidates will proceed to a selection process that includes interviews (online & face-to-face), assessments and meetings with key stakeholders.
