What you'll do
- Lead technical or specialist workstreams within consulting engagements
- Deliver operational risk management, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions with clients
- Analyse operational risks, systems, and improvement opportunities across industrial environments
- Support the design and implementation of practical and sustainable improvement solutions
- Mentor and support junior consultants and project teams
- Contribute to capability development, methodologies, and knowledge sharing across the company
- Support proposal development and client engagement activities across the region
Key requirements
- Operational Risk Management and HSE expertise in industrial environments
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills
- Stakeholder Engagement and Workshop Facilitation skills
- Technical Leadership and Capability Development abilities

- Fluency in Greek and English
