What you'll do
- Support Buyers with Commercial Department operations
- Analyze sales data and sell-out reports to identify stock transfer needs between stores
- Generate weekly and monthly vendor sales reports to support buying strategies
- Communicate with stores and sales teams about product performance and needs
- Monitor new collection delivery schedules to ensure timely store placement
- Organize and maintain buying-related files before and after buying appointments
- Communicate with vendors to coordinate reorders, product exchanges, and returns
Key requirements
- Retail industry experience and Commercial operations
- Sales data analysis, Reporting, and Product performance monitoring
- Delivery schedule monitoring and Inventory management
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and SAP
- Vendor communication, Buying support, and File organization
- English language
