What you'll do
- Support the Beauty Department and its operations
- Analyze sales data and sell-out reports to identify stock transfer needs between stores
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for vendors
- Communicate with stores and sales teams about product performance and needs
- Monitor delivery schedules for new collections to support timely store placement
- Organize and maintain buying-related files before and after buying appointments
- Communicate with vendors to coordinate reorders, product exchanges, and returns
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel
- Sales data analysis and Sales reporting
- Retail operations, Inventory and stock management, and Stock transfer coordination
- Vendor communication and Delivery schedule monitoring
- Buying administration and Product performance monitoring
- English language proficiency
