What you'll do
- Lead and oversee procurement activities across renewable energy, BESS, and infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, procedures, and project schedules
- Review and approve supplier offers
- Prepare technical evaluations and commercial assessments
- Supervise, mentor, and support Procurement Engineers
- Manage tendering processes and supplier selection
- Conduct technical due diligence for suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and KPIs
- Review and support negotiation of EPC and supplier contracts
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation
- Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Legal, and O&M to resolve procurement and supplier-related issues
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Procurement processes, tendering processes, and supplier management
- Technical evaluations and commercial assessments
- Contract review and negotiations
- Supplier due diligence and supplier performance monitoring
- Technical specifications understanding and contract management
- Project management collaboration, Microsoft Office, and stakeholder management
- Team supervision
