What you'll do
- Onboard, retain, and grow a network of courier partners
- Monitor and manage daily courier supply to ensure timely delivery operations
- Coordinate with fleet companies to adjust courier supply based on demand forecasts
- Track, analyze, and report on courier supply KPIs to identify trends and improvements
- Proactively suggest ideas to improve operational processes and team efficiency
- Create and optimize scalable processes to support operational growth
- Collaborate with other operations teams to ensure smooth daily execution
- Support issue resolution related to courier operations and fleet performance
Key requirements
- Communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking and comfort working with data
- Experience with Google Sheets and Looker for reporting and analysis
- Interest in AI tools usage and operational process optimization
- Task prioritization and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Fluency in English and Greek

As our Operations Associate - Courier Supply, you will be responsible for the supply of our courier partners in our region and making sure that they have everything needed in order to provide the best quality of service throughout all stages of delivery - from our restaurants & retailers to the customers.
Working within the Operations team means no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed, with strong interpersonal and community-building skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
Onboard, retain, and grow a network of happy and engaged courier partners
Monitor and manage daily courier supply to ensure timely delivery operations
Coordinate closely with fleet companies to understand demand forecasts and adjust courier supply accordingly
Track, analyze, and report on courier supply KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Proactively share ideas and initiatives to improve operational processes and team efficiency
Create and optimize scalable processes to support operational growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with other operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
Support issue resolution related to courier operations and fleet performance

Fluency in both English and Greek is required
