What you'll do
- Establish and maintain outstanding relations with suppliers
- Contact suppliers to confirm delivery details for customers
- Prepare all paperwork for the delivery of new vehicles including Trucks, Busses, and Machineries
- Prepare vehicles such as Trucks, Busses, and Machineries for delivery
- Deliver used and new vehicles to suppliers, stations, and customers
- Update ERP system with vehicle information and delivery dates
- Coordinate delivery procedures for all new vehicles including Trucks, Busses, and Machineries
- Manage long-term vehicle termination including pick up, inspection, and paperwork
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency including spreadsheet programs
- Experience with ERP software
- Generalpreferred

Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with suppliers.
Contacts suppliers to confirm delivery details for our customers.
Prepare all the paperwork for the delivery of new vehicles (Trucks, Busses and Machineries).
Responsible for the preparation of the vehicles (Trucks, Busses and Machineries).
Deliver used/new vehicles to suppliers/ stations / customers.
Update the ERP (vehicle info, delivery date).
Coordinate the delivery procedure of all the new Trucks, Busses and Machineries.
Responsible for the Long-Term Vehicle termination (vehicle pick up and inspection, appropriate paperwork, etc.).
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
A bachelor’s degree will be considered as an asset.
0 - 2 years’ experience working in a relevant position.
Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet programs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
