What you'll do
- Drive shared services and platform capabilities for all TeamViewer product lines
- Identify common customer and development team requirements and translate them into reusable platform services
- Define product vision, strategy, and narrative for Platform Services
- Own and manage a cross-product roadmap of scalable shared services
- Lead product discovery to identify scalable platform opportunities
- Use data, analytics, and experiments to prioritize work and validate outcomes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, data/AI, security, operations, and go-to-market teams
- Align stakeholders around reusable and scalable solutions
- Define detailed product requirements and ensure timely delivery of roadmap items
- Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, usability, and enterprise-grade quality
- Track KPIs and support launch readiness, enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Product Management for B2B SaaS products, platforms, or shared services
- Customer & Market Insight to understand and translate shared customer needs
- Product Strategy & Vision and Product Roadmap Management
- Product Discovery using data, analytics, and quantitative evaluation methods
- Collaboration and Communication skills to align teams and stakeholders
- Agile Scrum experience managing backlogs and shipping quality outcomes
- Pragmatic Mindset to handle multiple parallel initiatives
- Multilingual Fluency in English and Greek
- Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science / Businesspreferred
