What you'll do
- Establish the product manager role within the customer environment
- Act as primary liaison across business, delivery, and stakeholder groups
- Refine the product roadmap based on app features, feedback, and business demands
- Participate in operational decision-making regarding product direction
- Build a product analytics framework to support data-driven decisions
- Refine and formalize the product support process
- Support the mobile app launch process and decommissioning of the old app
- Interact with the UI/UX team to align product and design efforts
- Define the product roadmap for 2027 in alignment with business goals
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Mobile B2C Product Delivery experience
- Product Analytics Framework development
- Product Roadmap Development and Process Refinement
- Operational Decision-Making and Stakeholder Management skills
- UI/UX Collaboration experience
- Greek Language Fluency and English Language Proficiency (B2+)
