What you'll do
- Perform characterization testing of soft and hard magnetic materials using standardized lab methods
- Execute quality control measurements for magnetic material batches at incoming, in-process, and final stages
- Prepare high-quality test reports, certificates, and data summaries with clear pass/fail conclusions
- Maintain metrology-lab discipline including calibration status, traceability records, measurement uncertainty, and equipment logs
- Develop and maintain test procedures, control plans, and acceptance criteria for magnetic properties
- Organize magnetic material inventory, sample tracking, and documentation workflow with strong version control
- Coordinate testing priorities to meet deadlines and support engineering and production needs
- Support continuous improvement of lab efficiency, data integrity, and reporting quality

- Magnetic material testing and laboratory measurement practices
- Electromagnetics and magnetic properties of soft and hard materials
- Use of power analyzers, oscilloscopes, and gaussmeters
- Quality control measurements and production and R&D quality reports
