What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers throughout the testing lifecycle
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts for comprehensive coverage
- Coordinate and execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Track, report, and manage defects using test management tools
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards to enhance efficiency and quality
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Manual and automated testing methodologies and tools
- Test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Quality Center
- Testing methodologies including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
- Test strategy development and defect management
- Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and team communication skills
