What you'll do
- Manage the cross-functional team to ensure successful delivery of prototype parts
- Work with stakeholders to refine problem scope and drive informed decisions
- Develop a deep understanding of product design and manufacturing processes
- Create, maintain, and communicate schedules and plans for prototyping projects
- Coordinate build milestones with cross-functional teams
- Track project costs and drive cost management improvements
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to all stakeholders
- Identify team priorities and motivate the project team to complete critical tasks
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Technical Program and Project Management skills
- Experience with MS Project and JIRA
- Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
- Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Team Coordination
- Multi-time zone coordination and Motivating Teams
- Communication Skills in English
- Innovation and Self-direction
