What you'll do
- Review tendering documents and technical specifications to identify risks and opportunities
- Support feasibility studies and cost analysis for construction projects
- Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, tendering authorities, and stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress, report deviations in cost and schedule, and authorize changes
- Collect and manipulate project progress data for database entry and schedule updates
- Index project correspondence and map it with schedule activities
- Update relevant databases and support cost control
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Construction Project Management and Supervising Site Engineer Experience
- Knowledge of Legislation and Regulations Related to Construction Projects
- AutoCAD, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Feasibility Studies and Cost Analysis
- Project Data Management, Schedule Updating and Monitoring, and Risk Identification
- Stakeholder Coordination and Communication Skills in Greek and English
- Travel Readiness and Driving License
- Civil Engineeringpreferred

METLEN Energy & Metals, a global industrial and energy company, is currently seeking to hire a Project Manager for its newly established subsidiary company M Concessions, undertaking PPP and Concession Projects.
Your role will encompass:
Reviews the tendering documents and inparticular the technical specifications and requirements of construction projects and identifies risks and opportunities
Supports feasibility studies and cost analysis for all construction projects and analyses the project’s viability
Liaises and coordinates with external consultants, Tendering Authorities and other stakeholders
Monitors construction progress and reports, authorises and justifies any deviations of cost and schedule
Collects projects’ progress monitoring data, manipulates raw data for entry in database systems and updates the schedule
Monitors and indexes projects’ correspondence and maps it with schedule activities
Updates relevant databases and supports cost control
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering considered an advantage
7+ years’ experience as a supervising site engineer and/or construction project manager, preferably medium to large scale projects
Relevant working experience with PPP and concession projects considered a plus
Very good knowledge of the legislation and regulations related to construction projects
Very good knowledge knowledge of AutoCAD, Acrobat and MS Office toolset, especially Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English
Ability to travel frequently to sites around Greece
Driving license
