What you'll do
- Manage a project from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Coordinate technical and management aspects of Solar PV projects
- Prepare and continuously update project management plan including schedule and budget
- Manage deviations and changes to achieve project goals
- Support review of EPC and subcontractors’ contracts to protect corporate interests
- Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate with utilities and authorities on interconnection, permitting, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure appropriate resource availability and allocation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in MRES-ET division based in Athens.
Your role will encompass
Managing a project from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Coordinating the technical and management aspects of Solar PV projects
Manages the preparation and the continuous update of a Project management plan including schedule, budget definition
Manages deviations/changes to ensure the achievement of the assigned goals of the Project
Support in the review of EPC and subcontractors’ contracts, to serve and protect corporate business interests
Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors as required
Communicate with utilities and other authorities regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues
Ensure appropriate availability and allocation of resources
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
5+ years’ experience in a related role within the Solar PV industry
PMP will be considered as an asset
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of contract & project risk management
Experience in leading negotiations and resolving disputes
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and work effectively with project stakeholders
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
