What you'll do
- Check overdue maintenance work across all vessels to help prevent system failures.
- Create vessel structures in the ERP, including workflows, manufacturers, models, serial numbers, work items and forms.
- Prepare vessel PMS records for internal and external audits by checking reported work and related forms.
- Create and maintain regular and ad hoc reports on critical components, OPEX, budgets and PMS performance.
- Archive technical information and provide data for statistical and reporting purposes.
- Provide training and technical advice to shipboard personnel.
- Collect fleet data to support decision-making and budget control.
- Guide accurate spare parts implementation in Navision and support the supply cycle.
- Enter data in Navision to improve maintenance and budget control.
- Provide related assistance to the Technical Director when requested.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- PMS management and vessel maintenance
- Navision and ERP systems
- Data management, database maintenance and data collection
- Technical reporting and statistical analysis
- Budget control, spare parts management and audit preparation
- Microsoft Office/computer literacy and English language proficiency
- Engineering / Naval Architecture / Shipping and Maritime Studies / Maritime Economics
