What you'll do
- Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, storage systems and network devices
- Monitor IT systems’ performance and ensure availability and reliability
- Perform system and network updates and upgrades
- Maintain IT security and backup solutions
- Provide familiarization and training on company IT systems
- Travel on board for maintenance or troubleshooting when required
- Check, reconcile, process and file invoices from vendors and technical suppliers
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- IT hardware installation and configuration; Operating systems and software applications; Network devices
- Troubleshooting; IT systems monitoring
- System and network updates and upgrades; IT security; Backup solutions
- IT systems familiarization and training
- Invoice checking and reconciliation; Invoice processing and filing
- Satellite communications; Mobile communications; Shipping IT systems; English language
- Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineeringpreferred
