What you'll do
- Administer and monitor Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP for smooth operation and system availability
- Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases related to ERP systems including monitoring and troubleshooting
- Create and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze business data
- Assist in software development activities such as testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination
- Maintain documentation for ERP processes, system changes, user instructions, and support procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for issue resolution, system improvements, and new requirements
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP administration
- Microsoft SQL Server database management and SQL Query execution
- Software Development Support including testing and troubleshooting
- Documentation of ERP systems and processes
- Issue Resolution Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Communication Skills for effective collaboration
- Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Telecommunications Engineering / Any Field

Responsibilities:
Administers and monitors Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP, ensuring smooth daily operation and availability of the system.
Administers Microsoft SQL Server databases related to ERP systems, including monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and running SQL queries when required.
Creates and executes SQL queries to extract, validate, analyze, and support business data requests.
Assists in software development activities, including testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with internal or external developers.
Maintains documentation for ERP processes, system changes, user instructions, and support procedures.
Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors for issue resolution, system improvements, and new requirements.
Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the fields of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunications.
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be an asset.
2-5 years of experience on an IT-related job in the shipping industry.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
