- Administers / monitors Navision ERP.
- Administers Microsoft Software (Active Directory, Exchange Server and SQL).
- Prepares costing proposals in relation to changes in services and/or technical configuration changes in equipment.
- Troubleshoots system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Assists office personnel to resolve daily issues, as required.
- Supports software development.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the fields of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunications.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience on an IT-related job in the shipping industry.
- Knowledge of Hyper-V, mobile communications, Microsoft software and data processing.
- Familiarity with Navision software will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
