What you'll do
- Participate in design reviews to ensure operational functionality
- Oversee construction activities and report to the Project Manager and ownership
- Review and optimize MEP drawings for serviceability
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans and asset register templates
- Oversee system commissioning and testing
- Manage snagging and warranty tracking
- Define SOPs and coordinate procurement of tools and consumables
- Supervise maintenance of villas, public areas, pools, gardens, spa, and restaurant
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage small works, repairs, and energy optimization
- Maintain compliance with local regulations
- Report monthly on KPIs and budgets to the General Manager and ownership
- Manage upgrade works across timelines, budgets, quality, and subcontractors
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- Facilities management, preventive maintenance, and MEP systems
- Construction management and commissioning and testing
- Building Management Systems, pool systems, and sustainable systems
- Energy optimization and budget management
- KPI reporting and regulatory compliance
- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Project Office
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
