What you'll do
- Monitor construction activities to ensure MEP works comply with approved designs, specifications, and standards
- Review and follow up RFIs, construction orders, MEP material and equipment approval requests, and site queries
- Attend site, progress, and coordination meetings providing technical input and progress updates
- Coordinate with civil teams, MEP contractors, consultants, and supervisory engineers on site matters
- Verify installation progress and support project schedule monitoring including risk reporting
- Review MEP installation drawings, material submittals, and equipment prior to installation
- Support quality control activities by ensuring inspections, tests, and quality records are properly completed
- Support start-up and commissioning activities in coordination with the Commissioning Manager
- Support preparation of As-Built drawings, Building Book documentation, and maintain updated site records
- Take corrective actions for MEP works realignment and report day-to-day operations to the Construction Manager
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- MEP Engineering with strong technical knowledge

About the job
Monitor construction activities to verify that MEP works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, company standards, and applicable legislation, ensuring quality and compliance throughout project execution.
Review and follow up RFIs, construction orders, MEP material and equipment approval requests, site queries, and support Co’s approval procedure in coordination with the MEP Technical Director and Construction Manager.
Attend site, progress, and coordination meetings, providing technical input and progress updates, while coordinating with civil teams, MEP contractors, consultants, and supervisory engineers on site matters.
Verify installation progress and support the monitoring of project schedules, reporting risks or delays, and assist in the review of MEP installation drawings, material submittals, and equipment prior to installation.
Support quality control activities by checking that required inspections, tests, and quality records are properly completed by MEP contractors, and support start-up and commissioning activities in coordination with the Commissioning Manager.
Support and follow up the preparation of As-Built drawings, Building Book documentation, required approvals from relevant authorities, maintain updated site records, take corrective actions for MEP works realignment when needed, and report to the Construction Manager for all day-to-day operations.
What will you bring?
MSc/BSc in MEP Engineering with at least 7 years of working experience in a related position, supported by relevant construction experience in hotel projects.
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word), with strong technical proficiency in AUTOCAD and MS Project for construction planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Strong analytical understanding of engineering principles, with the ability to solve technical issues and support effective decision-making on site.
Fluent in English and a native Greek speaker, with excellent communication skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a disciplined, order-oriented approach and ensuring efficient project execution.
Enthusiastic, positive work ethic, with strong team building and people management skills and the ability to work well within a team of professionals.
