What you'll do
- Control all site activities during construction stage according to drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Coordinate with contractors and construction manager and monitor construction progress
- Prepare site reports and provide daily updates on all issues within your responsibility
- Push to accomplish the daily work schedule within time, budget, and quality scope
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Control compliance with health and safety plan and occupational risk prevention rules
- Supervise and verify work processes and results ensuring quality control
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Facilitate problem solving between MEP and CIVIL contractors during construction
- Review construction drawings before construction to detect mistakes or incomplete information
- Provide technical advice to contractors and propose on site workshops for unexpected works
- Supervise all construction stages maintaining detailed documentation and records
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Civil Engineering and Site Management skills
- Supervision, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Strong command of Autocad
- Compliance with Safety Regulations, Building Codes, and Quality Control standards
- Communication Skills, Teamwork, and Fluent English
- Civil Engineering / Architecture

Coordinate with contractors and construction manager, monitor construction progress and prepare site reports, and provide daily updates on all issues within their area of responsibility
Push to accomplish the daily schedule of the work with main scope time, budget, quality, and check quality of materials and workmanship
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes and control compliance with the health and safety plan and the rules of occupational risk prevention
Supervise and verify the processes and results of the work controlling the quality of the executed work items, conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues, and facilitate problem solving between MEP and CIVIL contractors during construction
Preconstruction review of the construction drawings to detect mistakes or incomplete information, facilitate technical advice to the contractors, propose on site workshops to do unexpected works, and be responsible for supervising all stages of construction maintaining detailed documentation and records that will form part of the project documentation archive.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architect or related building fields and 7 years of working experience in a related position.
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word) and strong command of MS Project desirable.
Strong command of AUTOCAD.
Fluent in English.
Site management and supervision skills, problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Communication and teamwork skills, understanding of safety standards and quality control, and ability to work well within a team of professionals.
