What you'll do
- Manage the full tender lifecycle from document review through submission, clarifications, support, and contract award.
- Analyse tender requirements and ensure compliance with administrative, financial, and technical criteria.
- Coordinate and consolidate input from internal technical, financial, legal, and quality teams.
- Liaise with external partners, joint venture members, and subcontractors to collect and incorporate inputs.
- Prepare administrative documentation, declarations, forms, and supporting evidence for submissions.
- Develop technical proposals, methodologies, work plans, project references, and expert CVs.
- Monitor deadlines, submission requirements, and clarification processes for timely tender delivery.
- Maintain and update the tender documentation archive, credentials database, and knowledge library.
- Prepare professional presentations and high-quality materials for tendering and business development activities.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Tender lifecycle management, tender and proposal preparation, and tender documentation management.
- Greek public procurement procedures, N. 4412/2016, and ESIDIS / ESHDHS.
- Tender compliance analysis and administrative documentation.
- Technical proposal development and presentation preparation and delivery.
- Deadline management and stakeholder coordination.
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
