What you'll do
- Lead a team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets for renewals and new business
- Establish governance for team meetings and 1:1s to develop the team and manage performance
- Maintain high levels of CRM accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement through post-bid reviews internally and with customers
- Ensure team members have knowledge, training, and resources needed for their work
- Manage HR-related topics such as annual leave planning and disciplinary actions
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Account and Bid management expertise
- English language proficiency at C1 level
- Critical thinking skills
