What you'll do
- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards and high levels of guest satisfaction
- Handle and resolve escalated guest complaints and operational issues
- Monitor hotel performance including budgets, operating costs, revenue, and KPIs
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and financial performance
- Represent the hotel professionally in dealings with guests, business partners, and public authorities
