About the job

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead the opening and successful operation of a new luxury hospitality project in Paros.

This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury hotel operations, pre-opening projects, and team leadership to shape an exceptional guest experience from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the hotel's pre-opening and operational activities.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial and operational goals.

  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

  • Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across all departments.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, and cost control.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.

  • Build strong relationships with guests, local partners, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with ownership and corporate teams to deliver the project's vision and objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.

  • Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek and additional languages will be considered an asset.

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
