What you'll do
- Lead all aspects of the hotel's pre-opening and operational activities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial and operational goals
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining luxury hospitality standards
- Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams across departments
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue performance, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Build strong relationships with guests, local partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with ownership and corporate teams to deliver project vision and objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and guest experience
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Leadership and team management skills
- Hotel pre-opening project experience
- Financial management and commercial acumen
- Guest satisfaction focus and operational efficiency
- Strategic planning and communication skills
- Multilingual ability including fluency in English
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / related fieldpreferred
