What you'll do
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Banquet department ensuring exceptional service standards
- Supervise, coach, motivate and develop the banquet team
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, labour planning and operational administration
- Coordinate with Catering, Culinary, Stewarding, Engineering and Housekeeping for event execution
- Maintain communication with clients, event hosts and internal stakeholders
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction and take corrective actions
- Support inventory management, purchasing, and cost control initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of food & beverage products and luxury hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist with training, employee engagement and performance evaluations
