What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the PSS and DCS transformation programme.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and delivery partners across business functions.
- Drive migration, testing, training, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Manage programme governance, budgets, risks, timelines, resources, and performance.
- Support post-go-live stabilisation, business transition, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Programme and project management, large-scale business transformation, and programme governance.
- Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Departure Control Systems (DCS), and PSS migration.
- Stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership.
- Vendor management and airline commercial and operational processes.
- Risk management and budget management.
- IT and MS Office; testing, training, cutover and deployment.
- Business Administration / Engineering / Computer Science / Any Field
