What you'll do
- Support project coordination and delivery activities
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and key delivery documentation
- Track project progress and support teams in achieving objectives
- Coordinate activities across business, HR, and technology stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between project scope and outcomes
- Prepare project status reports and updates
- Track key project information and metrics
- Organize and maintain project documentation
- Identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist with implementing PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Coordinate project meetings and working sessions
- Support documentation and adherence to delivery standards
- Collaborate with HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors teams
- Support HR technology implementations, testing cycles, and deployment
- Coordinate across functional and technical workstreams
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Assist with workforce planning and resource allocation
- Support capacity planning and forecasting
- Contribute to skills and capability mapping
- Coordinate onboarding activities
Key requirements
- Project coordination and project governance skills
- Documentation and reporting capabilities
- PMO methodologies and project management tools knowledge
- Communication skills both verbal and written
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaboration and continuous improvement mindset
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and workforce planning
- Experience or interest in testing cycles related to HR technology
- Business Management / Human Resources Management / Engineering / Information Technology / Related field
