What you'll do
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques
- Measure project performance with appropriate systems and tools
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage client relationships
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Project Management and Schedule Management skills
- Communication Skills for client-facing and internal interactions
- Microsoft Office and MS Project proficiency
- Budgeting and Risk Management abilities
- Team Management and Resource Allocation experience
- Technical Background in Marine Industry
- Problem-Solving and Multi-tasking capabilities
- Business Skills including organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer Science / Engineeringpreferred
