What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for your product area and align priorities with business goals.
- Run customer and stakeholder discovery to turn objectives into evidence-based initiatives.
- Define metrics, improve funnel analytics, run experiments, and share learning from results.
- Write PRDs and outcome-focused user stories, and refine delivery with Engineering.
- Brief and review Product Design work.
- Lead stakeholders with analysis and clear recommendations.
- Use and improve AI-first product workflows.
- Help evolve the product practice and its ways of working.
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Product strategy, roadmap ownership, and product development
- Product discovery, product analytics, data analysis, and experimentation
- PRD writing and user stories
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- AI tooling
- English language and Greek language
- Any Fieldpreferred
