What you'll do
- Define the product area vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
- Align products with business goals and ITIL/ISO 20000 service management standards.
- Bridge leadership, customers, and product teams through strategic planning and technical oversight.
- Maintain technical engagement on architectural constraints, feasibility, and innovation opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the product area.
- Manage PI-level roadmaps, milestones, technical dependencies, and PI cycles.
- Establish backlog tracking and governance; monitor health, velocity, and completion rates.
- Gather and synthesize requirements from stakeholders across the product area.
- Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs).
- Review PI retrospectives and implement improvements across product teams.
- Manage the product stack budget and pricing strategy.
- Conduct user interviews and market research to validate product assumptions.
- Define success metrics and analytics frameworks for the product area.
- Facilitate PI planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align teams and improve delivery.
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Product management, product strategy, and backlog management and prioritization
- SAFe or Agile frameworks, SDLC, and technical architecture
- Software development, architecture, or technical product management
- Stakeholder management, communication and presentation, and cross-team coordination
- ITIL/ISO 20000 service management and continuous improvement
- Metrics analysis and KPI definition, pricing strategy, and conflict resolution
- Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administration / Any Field
