What you'll do
- Lead workshops with data owners to define master data, ownership, and sources of record
- Design, document, and maintain the Profisee data model, including entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, and reference data
- Define and configure data quality, matching, and survivorship rules using real data
- Configure approval workflows and establish the data stewardship operating model, including roles, RACI, work queues, and KPIs
- Train data stewards and support their initial stewardship cycles
- Align master data definitions with the enterprise glossary and Microsoft Purview data catalogue
- Ensure GDPR compliance for personal data in scope
- Lead functional user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Own the end-to-end functional design of the MDM solution and connect business with IT
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Data governance, master data management, and data stewardship
- Data modelling, data quality management, data profiling, and SQL
- Data matching and survivorship, approval workflow design, and functional user acceptance testing
- Profisee and Microsoft Purview
- Stakeholder negotiation and RACI
- GDPR compliance
