What you'll do
- Create engaging presentations, training materials, guides, and learning resources
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for customers and internal stakeholders
- Support customer-facing learning initiatives and ensure a positive learning experience
- Assist in the development, administration, and continuous improvement of digital learning platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify learning needs and develop appropriate training solutions
- Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to enhance learning programs
- Organize and coordinate training schedules, materials, and learning activities
- Support the integration and use of digital learning technologies and tools
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and learning experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation of training content, learning records, and related processes
- Stay up to date with learning and development trends, methodologies, and best practices
Key requirements
- Communication skills, presentation skills, and customer orientation
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Training delivery, workshop facilitation, and learning resource creation
- Organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Digital learning platforms and AI tools knowledge
- Content creation and feedback collection skills
- Education / Human Resources / Business Administration / Communications / Psychologypreferred
