As a Learning Specialist, you will support the delivery and execution of learning initiatives primarily for our U.S. subsidiaries. You will collaborate closely with HR teams, business leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning experiences, manage learning operations, and ensure employees have access to the right development opportunities.

More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:

·         Execute the annual learning and development plan, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of learning initiatives.

·         Coordinate and facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions, workshops and learning events.

·         Manage training calendars, enrollments, communications, attendance tracking and follow-up.

·         Administer learning activities through the LMS, including assignments, reporting and learner support.

·         Support onboarding, compliance, leadership and professional development programs.

·         Maintain, update and adapt learning materials, job aids, presentations and digital content.

·         Support the continuous improvement of learning materials using adult learning principles and learner feedback.

·         Monitor learning metrics, analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve learning effectiveness and business impact.

·         Support deployment of e-learning and AI-enabled learning solutions.

·         Coordinate external training providers where applicable.

·         Ensure learning records and employee data comply with company policies and privacy regulations.

·         Occasionally travel to the U.S. to support training and stakeholder engagement.

Job requirements

To qualify for the role, you should have:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Education or related field.

·         3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations or Training Coordination.

·         Experience delivering corporate training and supporting international stakeholders.

·         Strong facilitation, presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

·         Excellent command of English.

·         Experience with virtual facilitation platforms (Microsoft Teams, or similar).

·         Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or Gemini.

·         Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.

Nice to have, but not mandatory:

·         Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and tools

·         Familiarity with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia or similar authoring tools.

·         Experience supporting U.S.-based or global teams.

·         Professional L&D certifications (ATD, CPTD, SHRM, CIPD or similar).
