What you'll do
- Support project planning and execution across all lifecycle phases
- Undertake small-scale delivery projects independently
- Track project health, timelines, milestones, and budgets
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions
- Coordinate project team activities for aligned and timely delivery
- Communicate with team members, leadership, and clients
- Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including Pricing, Statement of Work (SoW), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Contribute to department continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Project planning and execution, project monitoring and control, and project status reporting
- Risk management and stakeholder communication
- Bid and proposal management, Pricing, Statement of Work (SoW), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean
- Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration
