What you'll do
- Organize and supervise negotiations, design, specifications, bid analysis, and construction of new stores
- Supervise investment delivery against schedules and budgets
- Inspect building conditions, prepare reports, and receive premises from owners
- Coordinate designs and stakeholders, including consultants, architects, owners, and contractors
- Coordinate licensing and approval processes with local authorities
- Identify local construction companies and maintain strong working relationships
- Supervise restructuring works according to documentation, company standards, and Greek legislation
- Hand over stores to Regional Sales Managers and resolve technical issues during openings
- Assess and manage project risks
- Support stores with repair and maintenance works
- Plan budgets and analyze data
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Project management, construction project experience, and construction supervision
- Budget planning, data analysis, and risk assessment and management
- Technical plan coordination, technical inspections and reporting, and bid analysis
- Licensing and approvals coordination and negotiation
- MS Office, MS Project, and Applications
- English language
- Civil Engineering / Architecture / Related Technical Field
