What you'll do
- Manage procurement of mechanical equipment, materials, services, and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit RFQs and requests for offers
- Perform technical and economic evaluation of offers
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Draft contracts for supplies, services, and subcontracting
- Support procurement department processes and maintain records
- Track orders, deliveries, and schedules
- Support projects collaborating with construction sites and technical departments
- Monitor the market and develop partner networks
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Procurement of mechanical equipment and subcontractor management
- RFQ preparation and offer evaluation
- Supplier and subcontractor negotiation and contract drafting
- Order tracking, delivery monitoring, and schedule adherence
- Mechanical Engineering degree and experience in procurement or supply chain
- English language proficiency and MS Office skills
- Technical evaluation of studies, plans, and specifications
- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Η ΜΕΤΚΑ ΑΤΕ αναζητά Procurement engineer (Mechanical) για τη στελέχωση του Τμήματος Προμηθειών στα γραφεία στην Αθήνα.
Ο ρόλος αφορά τη διαχείριση προμηθειών μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού και υπεργολάβων για σύνθετα κτιριακά έργα, σε συνεργασία με τις Ομάδες Έργου, μελετητικές ομάδες, προμηθευτές και υπεργολάβους στην Ελλάδα.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Διαχείριση προμηθειών μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού/υλικών, παροχών υπηρεσιών και υπεργολάβων
Σύνταξη και αποστολή RFQs / αιτημάτων προσφορών
Τεχνική και οικονομική αξιολόγηση προσφορών
Επικοινωνία και διαπραγμάτευση με προμηθευτές και υπεργολάβους
Σύνταξη συμβάσεων προμηθειών/υπηρεσιών/υπεργολαβιών
Υποστήριξη διαδικασιών του τμήματος Προμηθειών και τήρηση αρχείων
Παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών, παραδόσεων και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
Υποστήριξη έργων σε συνεργασία με εργοτάξια και τεχνικά τμήματα
Παρακολούθηση αγοράς και ανάπτυξη δικτύου συνεργατών
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ
Επαγγελματική εμπειρία 3–5 ετών σε procurement, supply chain ή τεχνικής υποστήριξης έργων
Συμμετοχή σε μεγάλης κλίμακας κτιριακά Έργα
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)
Καλή γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ικανότητα τεχνικής αξιολόγησης μελετών, σχεδίων και προδιαγραφών
Οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ομαδικό πνεύμα
Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων
Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων

Προαιρετική εμπειρία χρήσης ERP συστημάτων (SAP, SoftOne, Oracle ή αντίστοιχα)
Εμπειρία σε διεθνείς συνεργασίες με ξένους οίκους/κατασκευαστές (επιθυμητή)
