What you'll do
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities for viability and alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, and Program Management teams to understand client needs
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of RFIs, RFPs/RFQs, tenders, and public consultation proposals
- Prepare proposals and responses for RFIs, RFPs/RFQs, tenders, and public consultations
- Prepare papers and presentations for calls from entities, authorities, and organizations in Greece and abroad
- Conduct technology assessments, inform relevant stakeholders, and guide proposals for new directions
- Support the development of synergies and collaborations with the defense industry, academia, and institutes
- Assist with technical documentation before and after contract award
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Proposal and bid preparation; Technical presales
- Business opportunity assessment; Market knowledge
- Technology assessment; Knowledge of emerging technologies and R&D programs
- ICT; Security; Defense industry
- Technical writing in English and Greek; English language proficiency
- Project management; Organizational skills; Microsoft Office
- Engineering / Computer Science / Any Field / Business Administration
