About the job
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Supply Chain professional who will demonstrate innovative problem-solving as well as the ability to quickly analyze data, make strategic decisions and serve as a key stakeholder in customer experience and service.
Key responsibilities
· Facilitates the flow of relevant information and supply requirements of customers, informing them on regular basis regarding the progress of their orders and shipments.
· Provides timely and accurate internal communication and coordination regarding supply chain management process.
· Understands and escalates supply risks, identifies how priorities and deliverables across the business impact timelines and orders’ progress.
· Updates company’s files and systems with cost figures (prices), forecasts, orders, etc., ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
· Maintains awareness of current industry standards, trends, and practices.
· Coordinates Contract Manufacturing Operation (CMO) and already launched projects.
Requirements &Skills
· 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain in the Pharmaceutical Industry
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
· Excellent command of English (oral & written)
· Computer literacy – Highly advanced Excel skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
· Excellent skills in the areas of planning, organizing, prioritizing, and negotiating to deliver results within a busy and demanding environment
· Availability to travel if needed to our manufacturing site in Larissa.
