As a Supply Chain Specialist at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and optimizing costs across the Group. You'll be responsible for:
• Participating in vendor negotiations, assisting in securing competitive pricing and favorable terms, and identifying new suppliers.
• Conducting market research and supplier benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
• Coordinating procurement activities with internal stakeholders across different departments.
• Monitoring purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.
• Tracking procurement KPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance, and lead times.
• Contributing to the development and execution of procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve cost savings within assigned spend categories.
• Preparing and delivering management reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, budgeting insights, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supporting the procurement and management of additional indirect services and spend areas, such as Outsourced Services, Logistics, Fleet & Asset Management, Telecom, and Facilities, based on evolving business requirements.
Job requirements
What Will You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or vendor management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing international shipments and cross-border transportation, including customs clearance procedures for imports and exports across multiple countries and transportation modes (road, air, and sea), while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
