What you'll do
- Partner with clients to analyze business processes and define requirements
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PM implementations from planning to post-go-live support
- Conduct client training, knowledge transfers, and solution walk-throughs
- Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP PM design, implementation, and optimization
- Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Manage risks, escalations, and adherence to SLAs
- Mentor junior team members and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
- Perform defect analysis, issue resolution, and incident/change/problem management
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Demonstrate critical thinking and structured communication with stakeholders
- Stay updated on SAP PM features, releases, product enhancements, and new technologies
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Integration knowledge with SAP MM and PP modules
- Business process analysis skills
- SAP PM configuration experience
- Client training and knowledge transfer capabilities
- Project management collaboration and incident/change/problem management
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing skills
- Communication skills in English and Greek
- Critical thinking abilities
- Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Technical fields
