What you'll do
- Participate in multiple ERP projects throughout implementation life cycle including design, mapping, testing, and go-live support
- Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze and define customer requirements about business processes
- Create technical solutions design and implement software according to business requirements
- Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing software according to customer needs
- Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to new functionalities and software environment
- Work closely with project team to prioritize customer needs and proactively identify and resolve problems
Key requirements
- ERP software implementation and technical support
- SQL and Microsoft SQL Server database management
- Requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Problem solving and analytical skills
