What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions
- Configure and customize SAP FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting
- Participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects
- Lead or support end-to-end Financial Accounting processes including month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, and interfaces
- Collaborate with SAP CO and other modules (MM, SD, PS) for integrated solutions
- Support testing activities including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing and resolve defects
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and finance stakeholders
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- SAP FI configuration and financial accounting processes
- Full SAP implementation lifecycle experience
- Accounting principles and financial reporting knowledge
- Collaboration with SAP CO and modules MM, SD, PS
- Testing activities including unit, integration, and UAT
- User training and documentation
- Communication skills in Greek and English
- Problem-solving skills
- Management Science and Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems / related fieldspreferred
