What you'll do
- Design, customize, configure and test FI/CO modules
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Identify gaps, issues, and propose workaround solutions
- Proactively suggest business process and system enhancements
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results
- Act as liaison between business functions and technical team
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support
- Offer consulting services for new implementations and support projects
- Work independently and act as mentor to junior members
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- SAP FI/CO modules and full cycle implementation experience
- Integration experience with SAP MM and SD modules
- Business process analysis and understanding of accounting business processes
- Testing, documentation, training, and user support skills
- Consulting capabilities and communication skills
- English language proficiency and time management skills
- Computer Science / Finance / Accountingpreferred
