What you'll do
- Develop ITSM frameworks according to best practices and align ITIL-based processes with business needs
- Participate in designing ITSM solutions and liaise with technical teams for implementation or customization
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance ITSM processes through automation and relevant tools
- Provide training and support by developing materials and conducting sessions on ITSM and IT Governance
- Operationalize ITSM frameworks ensuring effective integration into day-to-day IT operations
- Design and maintain reporting and metrics to track and improve ITSM process performance
- Evaluate and design Technology Operating Models covering people, governance, processes, and technology
- Contribute to technology consulting business development by preparing proposals, playbooks, and pitch decks
Key requirements
- Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks and ITIL-based processes
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Jira
- Skills in process improvement and operationalizing ITSM frameworks
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Business development and consulting experience in ITSM and IT governance
- Computer Science / Business Administrationpreferred
